Intensive Outpatient
A Higher Level of Support—Without Leaving Your Life
Structure
Trubriety’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based care for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy, but do not require inpatient or residential treatment.
Integration
Our program integrates group therapy, individual clinical care, and medication management when appropriate—all within a coordinated, co-occurring treatment model that addresses both mental health and substance use together.
Flexibility
Care is delivered virtually, allowing clients to remain engaged in work, family, and daily responsibilities while receiving consistent, meaningful support.

FAQs about our virtual IOP
How do I know if IOP is right for me?
Do you treat both mental health and substance use?
Yes. Trubriety provides integrated, co-occurring care, meaning mental health and substance use are addressed together—not separately. This allows treatment to focus on the underlying patterns that drive both experiences.
Do I need to stop using substances before starting?
Not necessarily. We assess each individual’s situation during the intake process and help determine the safest and most appropriate starting point. Our approach supports gradual, sustainable change rather than requiring immediate perfection.
Is this program trauma-informed?
Yes. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, recognizing that past experiences often shape present patterns. We approach this work thoughtfully, focusing on safety, pacing, and emotional regulation.
What does a typical week look like?
Most clients participate in group therapy 3 times per week, along with weekly individual therapy. Medication management is available when appropriate. Your exact schedule will be discussed during intake.
How long does the program last?
Program length varies based on individual needs, but many clients participate for approximately 8–12 weeks. Progress and readiness are reviewed regularly with your clinical team.
Is the program fully virtual?
Yes. All services are delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. This allows you to receive structured care while remaining engaged in your daily life.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We work with most major insurance providers. Our team will verify your benefits and explain coverage and any out-of-pocket costs before you begin.
Will I have the same therapist throughout the program?
Yes. You will be assigned an individual therapist who works with you throughout your time in the program. Your therapist also collaborates with the broader clinical team to ensure coordinated care.
What happens after I complete the program?
We help you transition to ongoing support, which may include outpatient therapy, continued individual sessions, or other resources that support long-term stability and growth.
